I've heard that eating yogurt helps to prevent sores, but whenever I do that I always rinse your mouth with peroxide bottle. Right, I asked my dentist who said he n 'ever had, but it should not harm the teeth either.Mine usually disappear quickly, even if I am ambesol help a toothache until it cleared.
