How do I register an Inflatable Boat with a trolling motor in Texas? - sevylor boats

I bought a 3 person Sevylor inflatable boats a year ago on eBay. I also bought a brand new used Minnkota Trolling 1.5 hp electric motor. I said I had to clear the boat, if I register a lake. I called the dealer, but asked why I bought it, it was only a kind of eBay. Any help would be very appereciated.
